Using 4 different situations (a family, a bachelor, a granny and a couple), the student will be exposed to routine tasks, but also to exchanges with customers. An interview takes the form of a choice game, in which all skills are taken into account: presentation, ethics, clarity, etc. At the end of the game, the student will be given a final report. At the end of the course, students receive a complete analysis of the skills they have demonstrated and those they still need to work on, which they can then use in their CVs and job interviews.
